We explain what personal data we process through this website, for what purposes, on what basis, who receives it and what rights you have.

1. Who the controller is
The data controller is Medinschi Studio, an interior design studio in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

2. What data we process
Through the contact form:
- name, phone number, email address;
- the information you write in the message and the optional fields (project type, area, style, location, preferred contact method);
- the language of the page and the page you sent the request from;
- if you tick it, your optional consent to marketing communications.
When you visit the site, the hosting provider may record technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) in server logs for security and operation. Your settings (language, theme, cookie choice) are stored locally in your browser. If you accept optional categories, analytics or marketing tools may be loaded (see the Cookie Policy).

4. Who receives the data
We use providers that process data on our behalf:
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form reception (USA);
- Google (Gmail) — receiving and managing messages sent to the studio’s email address;
- Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) — only if enabled and only after your consent.
- Data is not sold. It may be disclosed to authorities only where the law requires.
5. Transfers outside the Republic of Moldova
The providers above may process data outside the Republic of Moldova (for example in the USA or the European Union). Transfers are carried out in line with the legal requirements on transferring data outside the country.
6. How long we keep data
Requests from the form are kept for as long as needed to reply to you and discuss a possible collaboration; if no collaboration follows, the data is deleted once the purpose has been achieved. Marketing consent is kept until withdrawn. Accounting data is kept as long as the law requires.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Write to us at medinschistudio@gmail.com. We reply within one month; the period may be extended in complex cases, and we will inform you. The reply is free of charge.
8. Complaints
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can write to us first, and then contact the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (cndp.md) or the courts.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The form has spam protection and server-side validation. Access to messages is limited to people who need it. In the event of an incident affecting data, we will act as the law requires, including notifying the competent authority.
10. Minors
The site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data about minors. If you learn that a minor has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Applicable law and changes
Processing is carried out under Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, in force since 23 August 2026, which replaced Law No. 133/2011. Cookies and commercial communications are also subject to e-commerce legislation (Law No. 284/2004). We may update this policy; the date of the last update is shown above.
