Space planning is the analysis and redrawing of how a home is organised: walls, doors, day and night zones, kitchen, bathrooms, storage. We start from the existing plan and propose options, explaining the advantages and compromises of each.

Yes. The functional plan can be a standalone service or the first stage of a full project.
Do you include wall changes?
We can propose layout changes. For structural elements or permits, an authorised specialist must verify them.
Do I also get the plan in technical format?
