Interior design for new homes
A new apartment, whether handed over in white shell, grey shell or bare concrete, is the best moment for an interior project. There are no finishes to redo yet, and decisions about utilities can be made before they are carried out.
Why the project comes before finishes
The position of sockets, light points and bathroom and kitchen pipework is decided at the start. If the furniture plan comes afterwards, the furniture will have to adapt to the utilities, not the other way round.
What to check at handover
Actual room dimensions, wall flatness, the position of risers and window frames can differ from the contract plan. Our measurements take these differences into account before the drawings are made.
What we settle before finishes
- Partitioning: which walls are added or removed
- Position of electrical and lighting points
- Placement of water and drainage points
- Floors and materials for each room
- Storage areas built into walls or niches
No rework
Utilities are installed once, according to the plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can the project be done before handover?
Yes, based on the architectural plan, but measurements are checked at handover and the documentation is adjusted if needed.
