1. Who we are

The site is operated by Medinschi Studio, an interior design studio in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. Contact: medinschistudio@gmail.com, +373 67 521 125.

2. Nature of the information on the site

The information on the site is for information purposes. Price estimates (including those in the estimator) are indicative and are not a commercial offer. The final price and content of services are set through an individual offer or contract.

Submitting a form does not create a contract and does not create obligations for either party.

3. The services

Medinschi Studio provides interior design services (planning, concept, 3D visualisations, technical documentation, material selection, clarifications during construction). We do not carry out construction works and our documentation does not replace the architectural project, permit documentation or approvals for structural changes.

4. Payment and advance

Payment terms, including any advance, are set out in the contract or individual offer.

5. Copyright

The texts, photographs, visualisations, drawings and design of the site belong to Medinschi Studio or are used with the owners’ consent. Reproducing or using them without written consent is prohibited, except where the law permits. Rights to documentation delivered to a client are set out in the contract with that client.

6. Use of the site

Please do not try to disrupt the operation of the site, submit unlawful content or use the form for spam.

7. External links

The site may contain links to other sites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

8. Liability

We make efforts to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law makes mandatory.

9. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the rights provided by consumer protection legislation. For complaints or questions about the services you can write to us at medinschistudio@gmail.com; we try to resolve any dissatisfaction amicably.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are resolved amicably and, failing that, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
