Technical project for renovation
A renovation without drawings means decisions made on site, often under pressure. A technical project puts every decision on paper and gives the builder a document they can follow without guessing.
What the drawing set contains
A dimensioned furniture plan, an electrical plan with sockets, switches and circuits, a lighting plan, a finishes plan for floors, walls and ceilings, plus details for special elements. The documents can be completed with a demolition and new walls plan if the renovation changes the layout.
What it does not replace
Our documentation covers interior fit-out. It does not replace the architectural project, permit documentation or approvals for structural changes, which are obtained through authorised specialists.
What the builder receives
- Dimensioned plan with walls, doors and windows
- Electrical plan: points, circuits, switches
- Lighting plan: positions and types of fixtures
- Finishes plan: materials for each surface
- Legend and material specifications
Comparable quotes
Several builders price from the same set of drawings.
Fewer errors
Clear positions and dimensions reduce improvisation.
Control over the result
The finished work can be checked against the plan.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order only the technical project?
Yes, if an approved functional plan and concept already exist. Otherwise, we recommend starting from space planning.
Do you also carry out the works?
No. We prepare the documentation, and the works are carried out by the team you choose. We can clarify project details along the way.
