What we check together
The home’s plan, the order of works, utility positions, priorities and budget. If you already have quotes from builders, we can go through them so you can see what is missing or unclear.
What remains after the session
A list of decisions to make, identified risks and next steps. You can continue on your own, with a technical project or with a full interior design project, depending on what makes sense for you.
What to have ready for the session
- The plan of the apartment or house (even a sketch)
- Photos of the space as it is now
- A list of what you want to change
- Indicative budget and desired timeline
- Quotes from builders, if you already have them
