Bathroom design

The bathroom is the small room where mistakes cost the most: once the tiles are laid and the pipes hidden, any change means demolition. That is why the plan must be complete before works.

The plumbing plan

The position of the toilet, basin, shower or bath, washing machine and electrical points is set on a dimensioned plan. The plumber receives a clear drawing, not verbal instructions.

Materials and maintenance

Large-format tiles with few joints are easier to clean, and matt finishes reduce water marks. We also check waterproofing, ventilation and lighting suited to wet areas, following manufacturers’ recommendations.

What we settle for the bathroom

  • Shower or bath, depending on area and habits
  • Position of fixtures and drains
  • Waterproofing and floor slope
  • Ventilation and lighting suited to wet areas
  • Storage niches and mirrors

Frequently asked questions

Do you design installation details too?

We prepare the plan with positions and dimensions, plus material specifications. Execution is done by your plumbers and finishers.

Can a small bathroom be enlarged?

Sometimes, by redistributing neighbouring spaces. Changes affecting structural walls or risers require approval from authorised specialists.
